I've never tried it but have seen some people get good results with it. It sounds like it would be convenient time wise but I think the hunger would kill me.

Yea I've done it in the past naturally, after a while you get used to it. Not so sure how it's gonna work now that I'm on test. Hunger is ridiculous

I did it for a few months and acvtually saw great results cutting. Followed the lean gains method. As already stated about, that was natural though and I don't see it being something that you could sustain for a long period even tho some claim to do so ... it was nice to switch it up tho and shockl the body, and the MASSIVE meals were a lot of fun after doing the several small meals a day for so long ... again dont think it would be best while on gear as I believe you need to constantly provide fuel to your body all day, and definitely dont think it would be wise on a bulk ... youre meals would be absolutely insane

It's a wonderful diet and a wonderful lifestyle. Absolutely sustainable unless you're an athlete. Useless for bulking.

just started reading up on this. sounds good, might give it a try after new years. Skipping breakfast is easy for me, its the hardest meal for me.

I found it good for cutting I like eating a lot and lots of small meals when cutting just left me hungry and constantly thinking about my next meal its good to do when your busy with work or study so you have a time period where your distracted and its easy to not eat.

I've done it...still do it. In my personal experience you can use it while bulking. As long as you meet your caloric and macro needs for the day, that's what ultimately counts. That seems to be especially true for me, personally, now that I'm over 40. For me, it doesn't matter how hard I train, I simply cannot consume the same amount of food I did 10 years ago. I'm a firm believer in food/caloric needs changing, even for someone in this lifestyle, after they've reached a certain age. For me that age was ~ 38.

You need to make for certain that you're hitting you macro/caloric needs based on your TDEE. There will be an adjustment time but it is usually a very short time frame. Once you become adjusted, that "ridiculous" hungry feeling will subside. Stick with it bro and good luck!

Edit: You fasted for 32 hours? The way I do it is to fast for 16 hours then eat all my requirements in an 8 hour window. I'm certain there are other ways/protocols for fasting but 32 hours is a bit of a stretch. Try this site: http://www.leangains.com/
There is a ton of info there so some digging will be required to sniff it out but this is site I used when developing my IF protocol. Again, good luck!
