      Calorie defecit

I'm beginning my prep, already transitioned into dieting for my first national show at the beginning of summer. I know how to get shredded, but my question is...what compounds are best for preserving lean muscle tissue in a calorie restricted state? How severe the cal restriction and at what doses. I plan on gettin extremely lean to the 4 week out mark and going basically survival mode upping doses to be fuckin freaky.
Plannin tren. Mast. Prop. Halo and win.

any suggestions or advice I appreciate it.
Please dont insult me, I'm not new to this. I won superheavy class at my last show, just some input on this particular topic

      I've ran everything. I did a cruise through nov-dec, runnin 750cyp...600eq...400tren
there are so many exterior variables during a prep so I can't give an exact cookie cutter plan. March I will most likely switch to prop and masteron. Mid month throw in win and start halo in April.
Ive started my prep early, in hopes to lean out in a slower fashion preserving what I can. 255lbs 6.5-7% bf.
again, it's hard to give an exact layout but is like to enter the final month shredded out of my mind, I know from last prep the compounds alone make a huge difference.
Would 2000-2500cals with an emphasis in protein be sufficient to hold aize on these compounds?

Yes 2000-2500 is a good starting point and adjust from there

One thing I've learned with tren (and not sure but this may be the case with most gear), it basically won't let your body burn the muscle away if you're in a calorie deficit, to a certain degree. It will look for other avenues to get the fuel your muscles and body needs, like with stored fats, etc before it will let the muscle waste away.

That's a solid point! I think all anabolics to some extent as their nature preserve muscle tissue. Esp tren known for it's feed efficiency properties, better utilizing nutrients. Lol fuck, were all just worried about losing muscle. I go carb depleted an feel like I should be in mens physique.
Just wanted the most efficient route for this type of diet appoqch

Chiming in here, anavar would probably be the best at preserving already existing muscle. It's pathways directly affect amino acid intake and increases the effectiveness of your muscles when it comes to amino acid intake. Idk how to really word it. Pretty much it helps you use the protein you eat by actually sending more of that protein to your muscles instead of other areas. So like you eat 120g protein on var and it's like eating 175g (you should be eating more than that- these are just random numbers).

Also scientifically (and statistically) proven it will help preserve muscle even better than HGH would and and it'll have less side effects.

I'm using var in a deficit and it's great, muscle hasn't lost size and is strength is maintained after weight loss.

simple 250mg test is more then enough to maintain LBM for 90% of people. dont confuse glycogen with lbm.
