Hey bros I know I haven't been posting much but I am still around. My busy season is winding down as well as my "off" season. I have only been hitting the gym once in awhile and my diet has been garbage but I needed the break! I am at the point now like every year at this time when I am looking to get back at it! I think I would like to do a cleanse! Do any of you have any suggestions I am looking for maybe 3-7 days not really concerned about calorie intake as I am cruising and should hold onto what I have. I just feel like I need to clear myself of toxins and start fresh. I was contemplated a 3 day fast as I hear this will give my organs a nice little breather but that is a long time not to eat!
