      Its a combination of everything but how lean are you getting really? I am gonna cut this summer to 6% and the only way i can is to measure everything

      Yah not 6% im talking just looking good 10-12%. I have only been that lean twice and it was for work once. Lol looked great but i felt horrible

      Cheese and milk are considered to be a bit on the dirtier side. I do still use milk for my shakes, fat free milk atm. I eliminated cheese, and eggs are 8 egg whites only per protein serving.

      Remember that old Bill Cosby routine where he makes chocolate cake for breakfast and tries to justify it be cause it has eggs and milk in it?

      I made lasagna this weekend and did the same thing...counted up all my grams of protein in the ground beef, whole wheat noodles, fat free mozzarella.....and still felt like I was trying to convince myself that it was OK to eat it!

      clean and dirty is nonsense.

      clean bulking means a controlled caloric surplus
      dirty bulking means eat everything and anything with no regard for caloric intake.

      outside the presence of competing, macros and total calories matter at the end of the day, not food choices.

      Albeit "clean" food choices make u feel better and fuller.
