When you guys are stalling out and decide to adjust calories, which macros do you usually adjust? For instance, right now I'm stalling out a little bit on my weight gain.

A) add carbs
B) add fats
C) add protein
D) all of the above
I know when I'm maintaining and decide to lose fat, carbs are the first to go. So does that mean when I'm trying to gain and things plateau that carbs should be the first thing I add?
