I need a favor from someone who could write out for me a diet for my daughter who has recently caught the training bodybuilder lifestyle big in a big way!!
She's a few months into training and is now looking to put a diet on paper . I told her what to eat but she wants it all written out and full of detail . She's 5' 1" 102 lbs and that's up from 90 lbs 6 months ago.
If your willing to help me out I will gladly swap a couple bottles BNSF gear for taking the time to do me this solid .
She's been spending all of my money on DLB's Flag Nor Fail training clothing . She loves DLB!!!

Where's kubes when you need diet advice? She's small at 5'1 so she probably doesn't want to be too high on the calorie scale. My friend is competing figure (around your daughter's size) and I want to say her off season calories were around 1700 per day. Do you know if her goal is the bikini or figure look?
