chicken breast?
ok bro's so I'm on a budget when it comes to food. Is eating 2-3.5 pounds of chicken breast a day ok? ill throw in eggs to get some different kinds of protein but usually i just stick with chicken breast. I really can't afford red meat or anything else. let me know your take on it all.
Thanks

You are fine bro, I usually stick to ground turkey and chicken breast. Red meat once in a while. I want to eat more red meat but for some reason I keep going back to ground turkey greens and rice lol.

What else are you eating along with it for your meals?
Are you making sure to include a lot of healthy veggies and healthy fats?

My daily meals consist of oatmeal (with peanut butter and banana) for breakfast, chicken with brown rice and carrots and apple (throw in a green pepper now and then) for lunch (sometimes throw in a peanut butter and jelly sandwich), then more chicken with sweet potato, broccoli. those are the three main meals and sometimes ill eat another chicken based meal throughout the day, but in between i will eat eggs, oranges, and some green pepper or carrots. This is just an example of a daily meal plan (i switch it up) but usually eat the same things, let me know where i can improve, I realize i didn't put how much of each food and didn't say my goals. My goal now is to bulk, I'm 6ft 1in. and 203lbs. before i started lifting seriously and using gear i was 175 so I have put on substantial size in the last year throughout a few cycles. my goal is to get to around 210 and then cut keeping as much muscle as possible (thats probably obvious and doesn't need to be stated). and as for how much of this food I'm eating, i don't weigh it, i just try to eat as much as possible, like i stated previously i eat around 2-3.5 lbs of chicken a day, 1 cup of oatmeal a day, 1-2 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, 1-2 cups cooked brown rice, 1 large sweet potato, 1 large green pepper, 1 apple, 1 orange, and I'm probably forgetting something but yea. these are rough estimates (as you can tell I'm not as rigorous about my diet as i should be) but I'm learning.
anyway any constructive feedback welcomed.
thanks

Chicken and egg whites are always a great go to... I suck at making chicken though, always dry as fuck.

I eat almost exclusively chicken, jasmine rice, oats, pb veggies and egg whites. I throw my chicken in the crockpot with my home made marinade go to work and it's ready when I come home. I toss a tiny bit of A-1 sauce for flavor over the rice and chicken. It's yummy

get a cosco or sams club membership and but the frozen chicken in bulk. other cosco go to's for me are egg white, turkey, salman, frozen veges, pb, oatmeal, and brown rice. everything is about 10 buck so you will get all your basics there for like 60-70 bucks that will last you over a week.
