I train at 5am
I drink one protein shake then 3 or 4 rice cakes with peanut butter plus one coffee mixed with pre workout.......... good as gold been doing it for nearly 2 years now
If I am dieting cut out rice cakes add spoon of mct oil to shake

I get up at 3 am so I eat a huge breakfast today 12 eggs and 6 oz steak I love food but not lately it's gotten hard for me to eat earley any more

Before 8 am workouts meal would be a bsn whey matrix with carb load To earley for solid food. If it's a 8 am or later workout meal solid food and carbs like eggs and oats

Anyone suggest Karbolyn XR3 yet ? I've just ordered a jug (non-flavored) and was thinking of add that to my protein shake right when I wake up. Hopefully it will help in the early am workouts.
