5 AM pre-workout meals
Hello everybody,
Just wanted to hear some ideas on quick pre workout meals that early in the AM? solid food or shake?

8 egg whites, 1 x Banana, 10 Brazil nuts, 1 Tablespoon of Coconut oil, 1 Tablespoon of Flaxseed oil, 300ml of unsweetened Almond milk..Put it all in a NutriBullet and blend..

Depends your goals but ATM trying to drop body fat fast, I go fasted just on a double shot of coffee and bcaas and glutamine. I train at 5 am and eat at 6 am 12 egg whites + protein shake.

Unless you're on a serious bulk this is what I'd do too!!

I utilise carb back loading so basically I smash large percentage of cals and carbs in the hours before bed so I'm fuelled up ready to go in gym next morning around 5:30am. But I do get up at 5am and still have some l-leucine a few egg whites and coconut oil just for extra boost. the coconut is an MCT oil so it seems to digest pretty fast and provides a decent amount of energy for me . Just me though.

I've added 1 apple and 15 almonds to it so it doesn't taste too bad..
