I've tried it on a holiday to Aus once up on a time. It is very good, and very similar to venison, slightly salty tasting but less gamey.

3-4 times a week. The best part is I'll be eating a roo steak and looking out my window at 50 of the buggers bouncing and fighting in my back yard.

Kangaroo sounds very interesting, I've never given that a though. Better yet never knew anyone eats it lol

Can you compare it to any other kind of meat?

when cooked right it is like beef with a stronger flavour, it's super lean like venison but not gamey.

The most common mistake with roo meat is to over cook it, medium rare is the only way to eat it.
