Yep roo is good i eat it twice weekly

I love the stuff, 99% fat free and it's nice.
Problem is cooking it properly, very easy to overcook and turn the meat really tough.

I haven't had that issue yet , I've perfected it now but I dnt like mine to cooked , having it 6 times a day still going at it just mix around the types patties to sausages to steak etc

Kangaroo is good lean protein very tasty

definitely would try if available in the US

who has the nutriton info's? can you get it in USA? wonder how it compares to beef, bison, or dear? id be down to try it out for sure.

Naa? Any good I'm going to look out for them, I been hearing a lot about deer meat apparently even better than kangaroo..

Deer (venison) is good, but i haven't found them at coles yet. I never knew you could get all this crazy shit.
