Yeah, I eat it all the time. Its high in protein and low in fat. Nothing beats a marinated piece of Kanga steak
How in the world do you guys cook it? What do you aim for, I cook it like any other red meat, it really doesn't turn out the best

Because its such a lean meat and has minimal fat try to cook it medium rare to keep it tender.
I put it into a hot pan. Sear both sides for about 2 mins a side then reduce heat and do about another 2-3 mins per side until just a slight pink tinge is left in the middle. Let it sit for 5-10 mins after cooking
