Eating Cheaper And Saving Money
Hello BOP,
I thought that i would start this thread for us to shares ways that we save money on our month to month grocery bills. I guess I will start us off.
1. I always check and compare local grocery store specials and the prices.
2. I shop at the local farmers market, this can save or cost you money depending on what
you are looking for.
3. I shop at places like aldi's. I can usually get chicken thighs on the bone for as little as
.93 cents a pound. And most of the meat is cheaper here also.
4. I may just be a city boy BUT i do deer hunt and Turkey hunt a couple hours away every single deer season. I always have nice lean deer or turkey meat fo the year from my hunts.
5. Find a local butcher that raises and butchers and processes their own beef. You can buy a whole or half a Cow at a time and it saves alot.
So lets hear some things you all do to Shop and Save as you build those Muscles!!!!
Anything I say is for entertainment only. GoPro is a fake and purely imaginative character. I am NOT a medical professional so advise should be taken as such. Now SQUAT that shit ass to the grass!!!!

Nice post. Everyone has different tricks and its great to find out what other some people do. Here is a couple of mine.
1. Buy all of my bulk Eggs, Water, Tuna, Rice, Oats at Costco since it is cheaper then a regular store. Also Costco is now starting to sell Ezekial bread which I love!
2. I purchase my chicken at whatever store has the best deal or sale. Usually Costco does not have a deal on meat, so its better to buy from a local market.
3. Instead of buying protein bars, I go out to a local store and buy their generic almonds and eat 2 oz in replace of a protein bar.
4. In my opinion if you want to save the most money when it comes to food, and especially if your into bodybuilding and lifting, your best bet is get used to shopping at multiple stores so you can save money. When I food shop, my wife already knows that we hit up at least two to three stores before I day is over. She likes it as well because not all the stores offer the same selection and women can be very picky lol.

Worst thing about Aldi is forgetting to bring a quarter to unlock the damn cart. Aside from that, I'm an Aldi, Save A Lot and Costco warrior.

Budget down on other aspects of your expenses like driving less, taking public transport etc.
Freezing bulk chicken breast on special is another good one.
