Lightbulb Regular 1% Dairy Milk VS. Protein Shakes (whey)

I just purchased some Muscltech Phase8 protein Powder and At a great Price $23.99 for 2.5lbs. I liked it as far as the 8High Quality Sources of Protein and of course the Fat to Protein Ratios (almostvwhat I always Look at when i eat something)
And the Specs on this Protein is GREAT. IT has the fact acting Proteins and the Slower acting like casein etc. So its the Ideal Protein Piwder In my opinion. BUT THIS i know i noticed this before... The nutritional facts On 1%MILK Almost Beats or does Beat Most Protein Supplements.. At least as Far as the Protein 8g to Fat at 2.5g... With these EXPENSIVE protein Powder you are usually Looking at a Single Serving having 20g of Protein and 8g of fat.. Now thats about 50% fat to protein Ratio.. Where the MILK has less Fat and more protein.. Why arecwe buying these powders.. I see if you are looking gor a specific Protein Source.. But The Milk is Obviously Cheaper RTD.. RTD protein bottles are like $4.00 a piece.. MILK IS $4.00 A GALLON and Boasts Better Specs... So I ask WHY?
and After all these years of researchband development why is it Just Now Muscltech just Finally Puts out probably the simoluest most effective and Sensible muscbuilding Product to Date With a Blend of 8 proteins aroynd the clock Release (keeping yoy anabolic almost 24/7 JUST NOW!?? AFTER Years and Years of Gimmicky Products price at upwards of $60..?
This is a NEW product.. and such a simple effective idea..
And now i wouldnt or wont even buy Protein Shakes anymore Seeing the Milk Values.. And Price.. Onlyvreason i Pucked up was the fast and Sliw acting Combination... And comoared to other Protein Piwders VERY CHEAP. Just another Point that wants to keep me away from supplements All Together... Sorry about the RANT!

This is why i dont buy any of those top branded heavily marketed protien powder. I stick with bulk suppliers and usually wpi which has a fat content close to zero and an amino acid content thats great for muscle recovery. Mix that into milk for the slow protiens and little fat and you have yourself a hell of a protein shake.

Just as a general guide. With wpi you get 25-27g of protein per 30g serve. 0.1g of fat. 0.3g of carbs.

WOW.. Thats exactly What Im Lookin for Especially when I lean Bulk, i want looow Fat AND carbs...
I LIKE those #s.. WPI hate to say I never heard of And Rightfully So You Are Correct BECAUSE OF THE Mass Marketing Promoting of Big business Paying for their Promotion like Muscletech..

I can Only Say Muscltech Just REALIZED people Got Smarter and Arent Gonna Pay $50 for their CRAP NitroTech Anymore.. Or AN UNPROVEN MAGIC MUSCLE BUILDING ANABOLIC PILL for $65 ANYMORE! I RARELY EVER Bought Musctech unless really by accident or Extreme Discount.. BUT mind you I Bought this 2.5lbs At WALMART TOO.. for only $23.. Nitrotech Was always $49 at Gnc same amounts.. Now this Cheap Effective Phase8 protein is automatically on walmart shelves and on BB. coms TOP 3 Sellers.. I think they realized they will Shut down charging What they did and would Rather Sell 500k bottles and Make $15 each Opposed to selling Next To Nothing Trying to Make $40 on Each Bottle.

The only thing those priducts are good for is a half decent tasting shake. Due to thr excessive sugars they dump in the powder. But they have nothing to show if the protien they use is of any quality.

Id rather a crappier tasting shake (and they're not that bad but don't expect a starbucks milkshake flavour). Go for the raws where you know what your putting into your body and then you can add whatever else you want, like a few grams of BCAAs or some dextrose for an insulin spike.

Hell i even make my own preworkout. Ingredients: beta alanine, citraline malate, creatine, acetyl l carnitine, arganine (although supposedly science doesnt back up arganine) and taurine. I most of the time add about 7g of 4:1:1 BCAAs in there as well. All that and no caffeine. (Whick can easily be added if i wanted to. It costs more to buy all the raws initially, but they end up lasting more than a month or 2.
