Meal prep
Hey brothers
Just wondering what everyone does in terms of meal prep? Do you prep it
Each night?
Every couple of days?
Weeks worth at one time?
I personally prep 3-4 days at a time. I like cooking and i feel it stays fresher. im a bit OCD and get paranoid about week old food. haha

I prep for the entire week. Everything separated out into air tight container. Tastes as good on day seven as it did right off the BBQ. Serve safe allows 7 days on all proteins stored in the fridge running at 39 degrees so there is no issue there either

As long as it's cooled to temp with 4 hrs of cooking it and it's stored in the fridge at the proper temp germs will not ever grow in it. When it goes past the 7 day mark the protein start to rot. Really though it would probably take 9 or so but I just discard it if it isn't used in 7. I been doing it for years. I cook breakfast in the am and the rest of my meals are all prepped

This is good info for some reason i get sketchy about food in the fridge after day 3. I usually toss it after that. Now i can save a few bucks buy stretching it out longer

I wish I had time but work to much and have to much to do with my daughter. I get 4-6 hrs sleep each night during the work week max. There are not enough hours in the day
