Carb back loading
Haven't posted in awhile but keeping things good with the back loading. Here are a couple of pics from this morning. I'm going to do another 5 days depletion starting Monday I'll keep post with weight and pics. I'm not a big guy when it comes to muscle but this winter I'm going to bulk since I know I can cut down. Ok it's Monday first day of depletion. Starting weight 203. Yesterday I ate everything I could find. This week my goal is to hit 195 or less

Yeah no carbs sucks I feel your pain there that's why I don't do keto. I've done some carb cycling where you have 2 no carb days those are bad enough.

Days three I'm getting cranky. Lol but the end of the week should be worth it.
