Don't do it bro lol, I say after this week you start lean bulking. Your body needs a change to shock the system, nothing crazy but a low/med carb and high protein intake style diet. You could even carb cycle if you like its pretty easy to set up, the real question is what to run.

It's not overly complicated, just slowly add cals back in. Start slowly until you reach maintenance and then go to a surplus of a few 100cals and slowly increase from there. The trick is to do this slow and steady to limit fat gain.

As a reference mine was set up at 2400 cals then a month later 2600cals and now 2800cals. We just have to figure out your maintenance and go from there.

Hey mate love the log! I have started something like this after reading bits and pieces of the johns book!
Can you post the macros of a carb backloading day? I can't bring myself to eat pizza and stuff I've been doing bagels as my carb load

It works the best with dirty carbs. I've been off of the diet for 3 weeks and eating like a horse and only have put on 3 to 5 lbs. going to go back on the first of May. I think it's good to reset your body and it seems to be working for me. I'll post up a couple of progress pics.
