This weekend went pretty good. I decided to only go 5 days on the no carbs. So today I start the back loading. 30 grams carbs for the day until after my work out then I can eat up. I feel a lot tighter and definitely look better I'll post up a pic after while. Even had people notice the difference. So I'm pretty excited about the results so far.

Gym night was great , worked shoulders and biceps felt pretty good. Now time to eat some carbs.
Ok the back loading is going great. Sticking with my 30 or less of carbs during the day and right after my work out I'll have a very sugary snack. Which is amazing it goes straight into the system and gives me this incredible boost of energy. Then when I get home it's two scoops of a quick absorbing protein. Then dinner which is higher in carbs.
Oh and current weight is 206
