Carb back loading
Ok tonight I had my bf% checked and I'm very surprised. 10 days ago I was at 10.2 and tonight I'm at 8.3 pretty amazing and I'm feeling really good.

Been sticking to no carbs all day until after work out then eat what ever I want. Tonight was pizza and ice cream. Man I love this way of eat eating. Lean and mean. Lol

Pinch test. Peck,stomach and upper thigh. Trainer at my gym does it for me. When I first had it done about 6 months ago or so I was at 15.5. He always does the same areas.

Crazy results. Last night after the gym I had a large pizza and cheese sticks and an ice cream. This morning I was down a 1/2 pound. 204

Great job either way bro, I would suggest finding a place to do dexa scan or hydro-static weighing to get a really accurate reading. I always noticed on my cut that when we had a cheat day I lost weight and looked leaner the next day crazy but it works. Keep at it bro your doing/done great in a short period of time.
