      Thanks. I'm pretty new at this I started a year ago and was 236 of fat ass. I'm going to be 43 in May and I decided that I wasn't going to be that way anymore.

      Dude that's awesome I'm 38 myself and wanted to be in better shape than I was in my 20's. Been at it a few years and like the progress to this point. Keep at it bro your doing great.

      Update. Last night I had 3 pan fried hamburgers , French fries and brownies. I really over ate and felt like crap but this morning still at 204.

      Ok Sunday was my fat kid day. Felt really guilty but only up 1 pound. So today starts no carbs until after work out. Feeling really good started to get my strength back by the end of last week so hopefully it continues

      Hey once you lean out and hit your goal look into a lean bulk it would be the best time to do it. Very little fat gain if done correctly and cutting back down is much easier afterwards the added mass will change the look of your body quite a bit.

      Is that something you could help me with. That sounds like something I would like to do. My goal is to be pretty cut and have some size.
