Carb back loading
Ok I've done a lot of research on this and I think I'm going to give it a run to see if I can loose some this stubborn fat. So here is the deal. 10 days no cards, on day ten I get to eat like a fat kid. Then from then on its 30 grams of carbs during the day until after your work out, then you eat basically all the carbs you want for up to and hour after work out. On non work out days it's 30 grams of carbs. I'm going to post for a least the first ten days to keep anyone up to date. I'll post before and after pics and weight and body fat %. I've read that a big power lifter done this and gained strength and had a six pack. So we will see how this rolls. I'm going to start this week probably Wednesday that way my day ten is on a Friday and I can go out and eat with the wife. Lol.

Ok. Weight is 212 and 10.2% bf going to start on Wednesday. I'll post up to keep up to date when I start.

OK yesterday was the first day. Was kinda hard but stuck with it. This morning weighed in 3 lbs down. Probably mostly water weight but I sure do look tighter. So day two hopefully won't be as bad.

Day two still was good on food but by the end of day I was very tired didn't go to the gym was my off day so ate dinner and passed out. Weight still the same this morning.

Watch how after your big carb day , you'll get up next morning and have a look at your self, you'll be amazed .

Ok day three. My macros have been 200grams of protein
70 grams of fat
3 grams of carbs
Worked out tonight not to bad done biceps and triceps definitely wasn't as strong as usual but not to terrible. Tomorrow will be a challenge on eating since it's the weekend. Going to have to keep my self busy. Lol

I find that you'll get more than 30 grams of carbs just by drinking a few cups of coffee.
its the milk.
be carefull with the milk because it can put you over your daily limit without realizing.

My meals have have been.
2 eggs with 6 slices of turkey bacon
2 -8oz fillets
1- 8 oz ahi tuna
That comes out to be be about 1340 calories and the macros I posted above.
