Ok I've done a lot of research on this and I think I'm going to give it a run to see if I can loose some this stubborn fat. So here is the deal. 10 days no cards, on day ten I get to eat like a fat kid. Then from then on its 30 grams of carbs during the day until after your work out, then you eat basically all the carbs you want for up to and hour after work out. On non work out days it's 30 grams of carbs. I'm going to post for a least the first ten days to keep anyone up to date. I'll post before and after pics and weight and body fat %. I've read that a big power lifter done this and gained strength and had a six pack. So we will see how this rolls. I'm going to start this week probably Wednesday that way my day ten is on a Friday and I can go out and eat with the wife. Lol.
