i do the same
and yes hard boiling the egg u get the most protien out of it

I just enjoy drinking raw eggs with milk. Ccoking and eating them for few days in a row just puts me off them for few weeks. But drinking them raw I can just keep doing it everyday with no issuse. I have never been concerned about the bacteria side of things.

I always have a dozen hard boiled eggs in the fridge. It's just much easier for me to make some oatmeal and simply grab a few boiled eggs to go with it. I used to do the raw egg thing a lot (and still do from time to time) mixed in a protein shake. When I was trying to gain weight I'd mix milk, eggs, protein powder, a few scoops of ice cream, and a banana in the blender.

i do 3 raw 8 oz milk and 1 scoop of whey before bed... unless im running var. for some reason i get bad stomach egg wen on var and doin this method.

i to also do raw eggs in my shake, hearing about the boiled eggs though im going to keep a batch in the fridge ready to roll.

5 - 10 raw egg white in my shake on the daily. No issues as yet!

I'll easily go through 10-12 eggs a day.
3 shakes, 3-4 in each shake.
Been doing that for years, never had any dramas
