Raw eggs will not make you sick. Ive been consuming raw eggs in a nutribullet (with milk, p butter, oats, bananas, etc) for the last 2 years. Eggs do not even have to be kept cold. Now, this one is going to throw a lot of you for a loop, but here it is....second to breast milk, eggs are the most nutritious food there is. When the egg white is consumed without the yolk, it is processed as a sugar and stored...not as a protein. If this is too much against the grain to believe, carry on with the whites. Its your choice, but the data is a fact.
Hey...Rocky couldnt have been wrong, right?!!! Seriously tho, you can consume all the raw eggs you want, you will not get sick from them. They will also NOT raise your cholesterol...eat em up, yolk and all.

I eat 5 dozen plus raw eggs a day. I do refridgerate them thou.. have so for quite a while.. I do fart a lot.. wen I say a lot, I mean it never seems to stop...bout it thou really..
who the fk has time to prep and eat 7 meals a day? blend and drink.. 5 minutes. your done..

Note.. the mrs is a chef.. if a egg carton has one cracked egg, its deemed the whole carton is risky, thus thrown out.. if your buying cheaper eggs that aint clean, its deemed risky. eggs stored not by themselves in a separate part of the fridge, are considered a possible cross contamination issue.. that's from the health inspector and consumer control..so there is a risk to eggs or these laws wouldn't apply. personally, I don't listen to these facts..i buy 30 dozen at once, Im not checking every carton for cracked eggs and aint ditching a carton cause of one cracked egg.. did I mention I fart a lot!!

One brand of eggs think it's Egg land pasteurize the whole egg, so bacteria inside or outside should not matter.I've never got sick.

I get my eggs from a buddy. He has small farm. Nothing's like a farm egg compared to a store bought egg. I eat them raw in shakes all the time. Never been sick. Love me sum raw eggs!!

Torcha...this isnt what Im looking for, but helps explain things. Makes sense anyway. IDK, to me, just separating a food and throwing half out....hahaha. Too much good science on why one should eat the yolks too.

Second link is from a 25 year heart surgeon....yolks dont make u fat and they dont raise your cholesterol, never raised mine anyway, per bloods. Explains what the real cause of heart disease is...and hes absolutely correct.
      Peace Bro
