Oddly enough I'm posting this to help talk my hardcore wife out of eating raw eggs. IMO the raw egg yolk or white or both poses a substantial risk to bacteria, most of this bacteria is potentially fatal. Just wondering who's right? Or if there is anybody that practices this method and what if any sickness occurred . If it matters: just eats whites only, fresh Midwest farm eggs (brown) straight from farm (only check is for fertilized embryo via lamp test). I'll check back later for responses. Thanks
