Cutting lean diet plan for 12 week cycle?
I am looking for a good clean diet for a cut weight 12_week cyclecycle. I am trying to loose about 60lbs, I am 5' 9 240lbs, 40 years old..

This is just my opinion but if you have 60lbs of fat to lose you should take a lot longer to do it than 12 weeks! Can you do it in 12 weeks? Possibly! but it won't be healthy and it will strip your body of everything it has/needs and you'll end up is worse shape physically than you are y
are now!! What people don't realize that when just cut a huge amount of calories like you want to do and they are not supplementing with the right supliments (take that how ever you want) then when they finish loosing the weight they are left with the same body they had before just skinnier! I may be wrong but I'm pretty sure you'd rather be lean than skinny!!
This game isn't for everyone, being big and bloated doesn't make you the man, nor does being 110lbs ripped. If you are not competing, find a happy medium. I was thin once, learned all there was to learn about steroids and got pretty big. Then learned how to eat and I got really huge.

bulk_cut is correct. but if ur gonna do it anyways....if your new to steroids, 1 ml of test prop 100 eod....if your not, prop plus tren ace at the same protocol. remember there are a lot more drugs involved than the steroids. ai's, pct, etc.

If you're going to do it, run test only for 12 weeks if it's your first. 60lbs is a pretty good bit of weight to lose in 90 days. I don't like the word "diet" unless you're competing. Eating healthy is a better way to go. Good luck

I agree with clutch. I'd use test only for 12 weeks and see how you fair with that. Focus more on eating healthy - and by healthy I mean checkout what KUBES eats in his Training Log. Or foods like I'm listing below. Also, portion sizes (get a food scale and weigh out what you are eating). Use MyFitnessPal app (free version) and keep track of calories and macros. It all seems very meticulous at first - but it gets easier if you stick with it.
Foods I eat generally...
- green seedless grapes
- honey crisp apples
- raisins
- bananas
- spinach
- hearts of romaine
- leafy romaine salad (throw on some chopped up onions, tomatoes, shredded Colby jack cheese, and grilled meats all chopped up - NO SALAD DRESSING!)
- mixed vegetables (frozen, steam or heat up in microwave or stovetop)
- hardboiled eggs
- Oikos triple zero Greek yogurt
- no sugar added all natural applesauce (rarely)
- muscletech mission1 clean protein bars
- starkist canned tuna in water. (Add 1tbsp of Hellmans real mayonnaise per can and a squirt of yellow mustard)
- boneless skinless chicken breast (grilled on George Foreman)
- boneless skinless turkey breast (grilled on George Foreman)
- center cut pork chops (grilled on George foreman)
- vine ripened tomatoes
- fat free Milk
- bottled water ...lots and lots of water
- sunflower seeds
- diamond brand almonds
- cashews
- bacon (limit to 3 slices once a week)
- turkey bacon (limit to 3 slices once a week)
- Libby's brand sweet peas no added sugar. (Canned)
- Libby's brand whole kernel sweet corn no sugar added (canned)
- daisy brand cottage cheese (1-2% and no added sugar, maltodextrin or other bullshit)
- sprouted grains Ezekiel bread (in frozen section at Kroger)
- del monte whole pineapples (chopped up)
- kale (baked - chips)
- Barilla whole grain whole wheat rotini pasta (usually once a week)
- true athlete chocolate protein powder
- Colby jack cheese - buy a block of it and shred it yourself for salads
- chia seeds (mix into smoothies)
....more people will chime in with foods I'm sure.
Get the nutrition part down and it will make losing fat so much easier brother.

60 lbs in 12 weeks?? The only way for that to be possible would be to get Gastic bypass surgery.

I carry all my weight around my mid section, I am very athletic and lean pretty much everywhere else. Trying to get diet in place and on point while searching for the right cardio and weight training program. I have been told on here to loose the BF first before starting a cycle but I have witnessed guys fatter than I, turn into freaks over the winter and look super lean, just in my gym everything is top secret and it seems when someone finds something that works, they don't want to share with anyone.

If your asking if it works then yes it will but it will not do the work for you if that's what your looking for bro it just doesn't exist. I have used this stack along with other sups and had great success went from 15% BF to 8% in 16wks time but will require diet and training to be on point. I suggest getting the diet and training dialed in first, learn how to set up your diet and nutrition plan first and foremost that is 80% of the battle. Once you have that done and are making progress then research the compounds you wish to take and see what is right for you. Like LC said no matter what you decide to take you have to consider all the other things you have to run along side them, even on a clen and T3 cycle your gonna need extras especially Taurine. A popular first cycle is a test only cycle like Test E/C 500mg wk for 10-12wks followed by strict PCT and blood work. Hope this helps in some way.
