This sounds interesting. Diet is much more varied and tasty than a meat based body building diet. Not sure if I'm allowed to post a link to the site, so I'll just post one meal sample.
"Sample Diet
Breakfast
Note: Use 3 tablespoons of Rice Protein Powder (nutribiotic brand) with 8oz of almond Milk and 8oz of soy milk. I add 1/2 cup of frozen mango or strawberries to The mix and one tablespoon of coconut oil. I also add in two teaspoons of Vitamineral Green
Mid Afternoon Snack
- Raisins
1/2 cup
With 1/2 cup of Almonds
Late Afternoon Snack
- Veggie Burger
2
Post Workout Shake
- Protein Shake
3 scoops
Note: I throw in 1 tablespoon of flaxseed oil and 1/2 cup of frozen fruit.
Dinner
- Salad
with 1 tbls. of olive oil- Lentils
1 cup
steamed with squash, carrots, tomatoes, mushrooms, and tofu- Quinoa
1 cup- Apple
1- Dark Chocolate
- Red Wine
1 glass
Late Night Snack
- Peanut butter Sandwich
