So nasty to me... I have not touched any of that in years, at least 4 or more. I'd rather be dead than drink coke or eat McCrap fries. The smell makes me wanna vomit. I don't knock anyone that eats/drinks it. To each their own, I just can't do it. Not trying to piss anyone off but in my opinion that is the stuff causing cancer and that industry is in with Big Pharma. K, off the soap box... lol.
lol i am a little fat now , for i like all of them so much . I want to lose weight . As a girl when the summer is coming , i'd like to have the beautiful skirts . I say to myself i have to be far away from them , this pic really wakes me up .
They probably aren't great, however it's still very infactual, it might take said km's of running to burn of IF it's over your calorie burn expenditure.
I could eat all of those today x2 and not gain any weight. I'd feel pretty crappy though.
I don't eat pizza, burger and drink coke as well as avoid all the junk food. I control my self to leave these things. But Running is good for health and fitness i run at least 2 to 3 km per day in the early morning..
You dont have to cut foods like this out completely to lose fat. You can definitely fit some "higher calorie" foods into a diet if you know how and leave room for it. Where does this benefit? Not everyone can stick to a strict diet. The turtle always wins the race as i like to say. If having a little chocolate bar in your daily calorie intake helps you get through the day. Then that is the best diet for YOU. The best diet is the diet YOU can stick to.
