Need help tweaking my diet. What was once melting lbs of fat off of me is now my maintenance.

Test 150mg a week
NPP 150mg a week
Anavar 75 mg daily


I usually eat 2100 calories
Macros are screen shotted

Jan 1st I was 200lbs 18 20 percent bf
March 15th I'm mow 185lbs 12 15 percent bf

My goal is 180 9 percent bf

I superset and do HIIT every other day and standard weight training 5 6 days a week.



I think I just need to tweak my diet. Will someone experienced in diet please help me out.

I also have primo and clen on hand. But I'd rather incorporate that when my goal is hit.
