lately its been cheat days and way too frequent but when done properly one cheat meal a week if cutting........ I can realy do some damage on a cheat day!!!!!!!!!!

Every Sunday I feed hard. And every Friday after work I go to a caffe near my house and get a toasted smoked salmon bagel with a large coffee. Keeps me sane

Guess it really depends how hard you tren !!! Lol
I find a cheat day is acceptable when and only when it's not over done.
Eg
Normal breakfast or maybe pancakes
Steak and chips for lunch
Pizza for dinner
Normal healthy snacks inbetween.
That will not destroy a diet when the rest of the week is clean
It will actually keep you sane and allow you to not feel out of place in a social environment when out with all the normal ppl ( friends )

i agree chez, I gotta get back at it I've had a cheat 5 years lol. But in all seriousness, I would do one meal a week and it would be later on in the day so I would make sure I had all my important food first before I'd house a pepperoni pizza all to myself. But I would notice once I ate clean and would have the cheat meal it would go right through me.

Also it summer time and that charcoal grill has to be fired up....so that said cheat meals happen....did you ever notice cheat meals get cleaner as longer you eat clean....just grilled some chicken breast and had broccoli for a side....normally it would have been fried potatoes for something.....seems cheat meals evolve into a mental thing
