In my opinion there is only a cheat meal per week. There is no such thing as a cheat feast or cheat day. Diet is everything.

On a re-feed day instead of being in my calorie deficet, i eat my maintanence calories. It doesnt involve any cheat meals though. It gives my body a chance to refill on things it lacking. Complex carbohydrates, natural sugar, ect. There really good for the body every once in a while when you are cutting. You will look better a day or two later as well.
