Cheat day or cheat meal?
Do you have a cheat day (eat whatever the hell you want all damn day)? If so, how often do you have a cheat day?
OR....
Do you just have a cheat meal - eat clean most of the day and have a cheat meal somewhere in the day. If so, how often do you give yourself a cheat meal?

I do one big cheat meal 3 course but my cheat day is like one time a mth then I log out on that meal

Bulking - 1 cheat meal per week (usually a lean steak with steamed vedgtables and a sweet potato from the steakhouse)
Cutting - no cheat meals, but i do have a re-feed day every 3-4 weeks.
In my opinion there is only a cheat meal per week. There is no such thing as a cheat feast or cheat day. Diet is everything.

On a re-feed day instead of being in my calorie deficet, i eat my maintanence calories. It doesnt involve any cheat meals though. It gives my body a chance to refill on things it lacking. Complex carbohydrates, natural sugar, ect. There really good for the body every once in a while when you are cutting. You will look better a day or two later as well.

i agree chez, I gotta get back at it I've had a cheat 5 years lol. But in all seriousness, I would do one meal a week and it would be later on in the day so I would make sure I had all my important food first before I'd house a pepperoni pizza all to myself. But I would notice once I ate clean and would have the cheat meal it would go right through me.
