My fiancé has used the Muscle Egg and absolutely loves it. I personally cannot see paying that price per serving for egg whites just to have it flavored, imo. I can go to Costco and get a 6 pack of 16oz egg whites and drink them down or add them to a protein shake for much less. I don't think you would be disappointed with Muscle Egg even though that is an individual taste/decision. We have never tried Egg Whites Int. so can't give any feed back there. Post up what you think about them if you decide to pull the trigger.

Exactly what I do. Go to Costco and pay $8 for a 6 pack of egg whites. Mix it with protein powder and your gtg..

Crack 18 eggs into a giant bowl and pull the yolks out with my hands. Costs me about 1.20 for the equivalent of one 16oz container of liquid whites, which costs 4.99 up here.

Difference being that the whites in the carton are pasteurized...no possibility of salmonella. Also, the advidin (binds with biotin & makes it unavailable) is inactive in pasteurized egg whites due to them being heated up.
