Best way to drop as much fat & lean up in 16days?
Looking for opinions..
I have plenty of prods on hand to help if needed..I figured 99% from this point would be diet anyway..
Only thing i wont use is clen..cant stand the stuff..
Anything else is a go & i probly have it on hand..
Lets here it? My plan was to do a 2wk clense or something like that..Or just drop all carbs & get as much cardio in as posible..Maybe take some t3 with ECA stack as well..
Reason is im going trip with the fam to the beach..Id like to drop a fe pounds before leaving then stay at it while im there ,,so when i get back home im primed for a good bulk or recomp..Just thinkin out loud here..
Any advice or help would be great & if 16days isnt enough time to do shit please im all ears..
