Any Advice/Motivation Would be Appreciated
Hello. So I'm starting to diet/cut to get my BF lower. I carry it right around my midsection( sleep apnea). I'm 6ft, 260lbs, and about 18%. Its going to be difficult in the vegas heat. I'm taking HG test e 250mg/wk/TRT, tren ace 350mg/wk, adex .25 2x wk, HG T3 50mcg/day( Dr. rx'd low thyroid). I can take up to 100mcg but feel to flat.
Plan: Do fasted morning cardio 4-5 days wk and add in some occasional PWO cardio after a few wks. I'm starting off limiting carbs(oatmeal/brown rice) to breakfast and PWO only. Pro around 250gr,120gr carbs Fat 50-60gr.
I was advised by a pro at my gym, to zero out all carbs. Ive tried CKD before but I have trouble after couple wks staying on.
Whenever I start dieting, I wake up middle night so hungry. Sometimes I give in and eat. It stalls my results. I get so pissed at myself.
I think I'm going to follow my initial plan and see where I'm at in 4 wks. If things aren't moving along, I might go low carb.
Was wondering anyones thoughts/input. How they like to diet, what works for them. My main issue is controlling hunger night. I'm going to have to dig deep. Ty
Meal Plan (todays example)
1. 8 whole eggs/ 2 yolks, 3/4 cup oatmeal/ Splenda/cinnamon
2. 6oz chix breast, 3/4 cup brown rice (PWO)
3. 6oz chix breats, 2 cups broccoli
4. 5oz ground beef 93%, salad, greek yogurt
5. 6oz chix, BBQ sauce 1 tbsp
6. 3 servings fat free cottage cheese, Splenda, 1 serving almonds

You will need carbs with that stack! Unless you're looking for rapid weight loss.

That's whats crazy. Ive been following that diet plan now for 6 wks, and have gained size, about 8lbs. Pants a little tighter, which tells me some of it is fat.
I really think things change once u hit 40. Adding in the cardio should start to send things in the other direction. Although even when dieting on tren, I still add some lean mass.

No bro. I like to look good. Ive never really had an interest in competing, but love the sport. Its so demanding(of your time/and taxing financially) and the competition is so fierce. Much respect to those that do.

I haven't. I do have clen and ephedrine. Also have DNP. I decided to bump my t3 up to 75mcg/day, taking the new dose(25mcg) right before bed.
What do you recommend??

I'd try running that clen with t3. A healthier alternative would be adding peptides. Have you used peptides?

Its funny, was just thinking about adding them to the mix. Yes ive run CJC-1295 no dac/ Ipamorelin morning, PWO, before bed. At the time I didn't notice much. I think trying a new source might help. Good idea man I appreciate it.

I see, try the cjc with ghrp-6. Ghrp6 is powerful, might want to look into hgh fragment.

With how affordable some of the hgh is here, Ive been considering running that. Its real tempting, lol.
I started taking 20mcg clen morning. Its hard to get up, starving, burnt out from day's before workout, and do fasted cardio. My lifts keep going up, and I'm pushing it hard in the gym gym.
Its time to stop whining though, in 8 wks it will pay off. Seeing positive changes ED...
