bulking question
I've started a bulking diet and wonder if one day a week or maybe once every two weeks a person should eat less to keep the body from getting use to consuming more food? I've been adding about 100 calories a week till I get to my desired calories during this diet. Any opinions would be appreciated.

Your bulking, if anything you want to have your bidy get used to more food. A day of caloriw restriction a week would just be counter productive. Personally i think it would be easier qnd simpler to just keep eating

WTF bulking is getting bigger muscles and weight and getting fucking stronger...

just eat young fella... every two hours is great...eat protein till u can clear a room with a fart.. not quite enough info there for us to help you with.. body weight now? body fat now? goals? work you do? labour or office work? crossfitter or bodybuilder??? if you are a crossfitter, we will need your clothing size for your bra and panties!!!!!hahaha...
. yes adding calories slowly is good idea if your worried about adding fat..
and/or playing with your body metabolism.....
unless of course you just started a cycle...... 4000 calories pd really isn't a bad start for adding size on cycle..

I'm doing a lean bulk I've been around for a little while. My thought was sorta how cheat meals are for cutting. But I'm looking to get back to 220 hopefully within 4 months I'm 195 now. I use to be that weight but things happened and lost a lot. I wanna stay around 10% body fat also. It's possible I know that. I'm 5'10 also
