      Help with cycle diet

Alright guys, here's the story again

I'm in my early 30's, 5'9" currently around 208-210. I went from 285-208 from dieting and slowly getting rid of carbs.

I am going to keep trying to get under 200lbs then start my first cycle of test prop + anavar.

My goal from the cycle is to firm and tighen up (don't care too much about the strength gains, although I won't bitch either haha).

I eat the same thing every day, drive my wife nuts (posted below).

So so if I stick to this diet and add 2-4 servings daily of rice and sweet potatoes, think I would be in taking too many cals or would it help with what I'm hoping to accomplish?

      Thanks guys

Hey Blazer. I don't know what your Basal metabolic rate (BMR) is so no way to know if a couple more servings is to many cals for you. You can google BMR calculator to get an estimate. But as long as your active i think adding the servings should be fine. Id start with 2 servings and keep an eye on your weight. Adjust from there. Id do the carbs pre and post workout. And good luck.

      Thanks brotha,

Basically thinking that's what I will be doing. Play around and keep a close eye on the scale to adjust as needed!
