      Weight Loss On First Cycle

      Hey brothers!

      I am new to this forum and am preparing to run my first cycle. My purpose for running the cycle is I want to cut weight and put on muscle. I've done Intermediate Fasting, low carb, and calorie deficit.

      Here are my details:

      -22 years old
      -206 lbs
      -5'9

      I'd like to cut down to 170 lbs. My plan is to combine Steroids, HCG, and combine in dieting/working out 5 days a week. What would you recommend dosage, type of testosterone, and diet wise?

      I'm not that experienced but it's my understanding even test alone will help keep muscle when in a calorie deficit. So assuming your diet and training is reasonable you shouldn't have any dramas.

      Obvioisly a lot of AAS aromatise and even with AI will still net you some additional water weight, plus in my experience so far being on a test only cycle it causes you
      to really chew theough calories like nobodies business.

      If you're running your first cycle it's going to be damn hard to drop 36 lbs just from the extra glycogen retention you're going to see. You can definitely lean out but going from being on nothing to blasting gear your muscles will almost immediately hold more water and glucose and fill out, so it will be tough to drop that much weight if your goal is weight specific.

      Steroids are definitely not a diet drug - they are performance enhancers that cary a certain degree of health risk and should only be used by people who understand that and have reached their NATURAL genetic potential. With your statistics you can/should reach your goals through working out, propper diet and cardio. I don't want this to come across harsh at all but it's true - your poor eating habits, lack of dedication to yourself and in the gym got you to where you are now and that needs to change before you do anything else.

      It's important to understand that if you took steroids right now in your current shape you probably would not have a good experience at all and you'd blame the steroids. IMHO if I were you the only things I would consider using right now (listed in order) would be: Metfornin, ECA stack, Clen.
      This game isn't for everyone, being big and bloated doesn't make you the man, nor does being 110lbs ripped. If you are not competing, find a happy medium. I was thin once, learned all there was to learn about steroids and got pretty big. Then learned how to eat and I got really huge.

      OP,
      Sounds like you have already had some answers, but I would also like to strongly advise doing all of your cutting first til you are at least under 15% or so body fat. A first cycle is going to likely consist of a single compound such as test e or c. Like others have said, there is some water retention with these compounds. Actual cutting cycles are usually done after a couple of cycles are under your belt. Not saying it can't be done, but I think you will have better results with cutting all the fat; hitting a nice test e or c cycle and adding quality mass on your frame. If done right, you will still probably add some fat after the bulk cycle, but it won't look that bad with the addition of 10 or more pounds of muscle.
