I just have one question, I cant seem to figure out what I really "need" for carbs. I am currently at 2100 cal and by my tdee, according to a few different calculators, I should be at 3200ish. I dont really get why im not still shedding weight if this is correct. I need to figure out a good macro ratio and roll with this shit. I need this fat around my gut gone!
