All "natural" PB
Been using the smuckers all natural(nothing but peanuts) for a while but recently tried skippy all natural that is a no stir pb. The macros are very similar but the skip has palm oil. Is this stuff bad? I like the convenience of the no stir but I will go back to smuckers if palm oil is nasty stuff. I cant seem to find much info good or bad on the net.

I wouldn't eat palm oil...the point of all natural is to be 100% peanuts. Stirring that shit is a pain in the ass yes, but do it once and refrigerate it and you don't have to do it again.

Yes it does. 3g per serving.

I always look for PB that has only 1 or 2 ingredients on the label, i.e. Nuts or Nuts and oil...
