Back again bros, for quite a while I struggled at a plateau between late last year and this year. The weight was between 328-330 and I'm down to 318 now. Pretty damn good if I may say so. I tweaked the diet consisting mainly of protein and veggies, lots of greens. I feel a hell of a lot better now. Trying to get down to 300 even by this spring and then switching to calisthenics training. I'll look lean at 300 for my height. Trying to get rid of this bulky look into a more lean athletic look. Anybody else have some good progress lately so far?
