      Properly balanced. Don't knock broccoli Bro's. It has indole 3 carbinol in it. Bonds to estrogen and removes it from the body. Side effects include... it's really good for you. I'm lucky I love the shit. Haters gonna hate though.

      Never understood why guys that train as hard as we do worry about sodium. I sweat like CRAZY. I chuckle when people say they cut sodium (unless it's a specific application).

      Everyone is different as for me I retain water and get the moon face so I try to watch my sodium intake but at the same time I eat good

      The more water you drink the less water you retain. Constant, consistent water intake tells your body there's no need to retain water. If you eat clean like the picture shows you'll want to add a little salt. If you eat a lot of processed food that will cover your sodium needs. Good thread Bro.

      In the 90s i used to take in about 20g of salt every day with my meals before a wrestling competition to flush out all the water. Never had problems with that.

      I always try to eat something energetic and healthy after my workout. It is best to eat healthy food for getting energy after doing workout.
