I've read that a lot of people that take DNP try to time their doses so that they take their higher dose at night so that they get more of the sides while they sleep vs waking hours. How in the Hell?! I mean, even if you COULD time doses for this, how would you with DNP's ridiculously long half life?

The night sweats are getting ridiculous. I keep the temp low (68 deg) and sleep under a fan, but there are a lot of times that I get COLD from the fan blowing on my sweaty ass...but turn it off or to one setting lower, and I'm HOT. So, I have to cover up w/ a sheet so I'm not cold, but then I get hot. sheets get damp then cold from the air blowing on them, making it hard to sleep. Jesus, I wish I had something to just KNOCK ME OUT! I work nights, and have trouble sleeping at times. I honestly think I'd rather sweat my balls off while I'm awake.

Maybe I need to start taking glycerin, again. I'd read somewhere that it helps stem the sweats.
