how much protein do u need to maintain and what is your weight

im still in the process of perfecting my diet. i read the stick. 1.5 to 2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight.

322 grams of protein minimum to maintain 215 pounds.
i realize this may vary from person to person. its not easy to eat 300 grams of protein daily unless your drinking a ton of shakes

so what is your weight and what do you maintain at? i would like to be able to get to 215-225 pounds on 300 grams of protein daily max, MAYBE 325. but its sounding like that isnt likely gonna happen?

maybe i could still maintain at 1.5 grams of protein per LEAN MASS weight?

EDIT: pain u can delete this thread if u want, kinda pointless, i see diet is all trial n error
