      Some kinda oj and carrot juice and a player of egg whites!
      I have a HIT session at 930 so this will help me.

      So right after I had this quick meal I went to the gym to meet my trainer for a HIIT session. I got there early so I decided to warm up on the heavy bag. I was just going easy cause I didn't have gloves on . All of a sudden I went hypo and felt like I was drifting on a cloud.
      I ran to the locker room and woofed down my post workout meal of eggs and oat meal and I also ate a Lara bar that's for emergencies. Then I drank allyou water and had to buy more water...

      I met the trainer and I told him what happened. At that point I still felt out of it but I had a chill and felt weak. I've had a enough viruses to know what I was feeling. I also noticed my chest was tight and burning a little.
      Needless to say but I canceled on him and I been home sick.
      Going hypo was concerning to me but I think it was from the virus hitting my system.
      Anyone ever have a similar situation?

      Was the meal the eggs and juice all you had before your shot and what did you consume after taking the slin? I like to have a good carb meal an hour or half hour before my slin shot then take my drink never been hypo that way. Only went hypo if I didn't have a good meal that day yet. But when I go hypo it would make me feel sick for a few hours before I returned to normal even after my blood sugar went up. I always got chills and cold sweats with low blood sugar like your explaining.

      Think I had something similar happen to me Friday night. Went to the gym to lift. I hadn't been since Tuesday. Doing a full body program & Friday was Bench/Rows/Squat. Session started pretty well and I got through Bench/Rows alright, but I was still sore from Monday's squat session. Figured once I got warmed up, etc, I'd be alright. I hit a WALL. Started feeling rough at home later that night. By Sat afternoon, that shit had hit me like a TRUCK.
