Diet stalled? Training not progressing?
Dont get stuck with the same old diet and workout routine. Invite change. It’s important because the same old routine becomes comfortable and it is possible that you start to slack a little bit. My diet was working but it stopped working. So I moved on. My training was going well but it became boring and I started taking longer between reps and between sets. Now my motivation is back through the roof. Crushing food and crushing the weights.!
Change is good.
Enjoy your day!

Well if your training is just started then do some diet and wait for results and if you are not looking any progress then discuss this problem with your trainer. womens clothes faisalabad

Unfortunately I'm kinda pigeon holed with diet. If I eat sugar or any high glycemic carbs I store fat (except post workout baked potato or white rice). Agree as far as training goes. I go with effective exercises until I no longer get sore from them, then switch them out for other effective exercises.

Yeah sugar is one thing we all should try to avoid as much as possible. There really is no benefit from a fitness/BB lifestyle point of view...
The changes I made to my diet was I cut way back on almond butter and PB....and although I think it's good for you Greek yogurt...idk something with dairy ..may be bloating me.
I also eat lots of berries now. Organic blueberrie, blackberrys, raspberries and strawberries... and more grapes. And then here's the big one... for snacks or a meal I will try to sneak in a vegetarian dish... like yesterday I had a lentil bean (meatloaf) wrap for lunch. Lentils are high in protein.
Oh yeah and I stopped drinking coffee and drink lots of green tea now. Did you know that green tea helps the body from storing fat? That's my drink!
As far as training goes I alternate from 5 x 15 to 4 x 4-12 rep schemes. Right now I'm in the latter. But I just picked up boxing gloves and have been hitting the heavy bag after workouts...it's alot of fun!
And lastly I'm looking into doing yoga to get some stretching in (it's am so frigging tight it's unreal) and also have some quiet time for stress relief.
