Trying to break the cardio plateau now, doing rowing, cycling and walking fasted in the morning and then eating right. It's paying off slooowly.

Thanks for these. It pretty much sums up all the advice one needs to kick start their fat burning crusade.
I'm a huge fan of rule number 12.
@JohnDoe: im pretty sure if we looked hard enough we could find research that debunks and contradicts anything and ieverything. But personally I will always believe in fasted cardio - using the body's fat stores for energy is surely more beneficial than using consumed calories, at least in my experience it is as I find its much easier to drop fat.

If I interpreted your post correctly, I've been in this position before. Just recently in fact. To break the plateau, I started using the mrs heart rate monitor to ensure my hr was over 150 & stayed there for a short periid if time. Worked a treat doing HIIT.

Interesting article, thanks for sharing brother.
What I can say is that with HGH you can loose really good body fat!
It's working incredible great to lose fat without hunger and to many privations!
