Not a problem! It's a great base recipe for pancakes. Add whatever fruit, etc you want.

I'm pretty fond of Nutella on them. Makes a Hell of a post workout meal. Breakfast gone bad.

      Lmk how you like them.

Dude, here's a recipe that is one of the best tasting things I've ever made. You'll need a blender, I use the big magic bullet blender. I drink at least 2 of these every day.
      1 cup 1%'milk
      1 cup frozen mixed berries
      2 Tbl spoons peanut butter
      2 heaping scoops whey protein
      1/2 cup uncooked oat meal
Add ice if desired and Blend the shit outta that, Bon' appetite!

      3 scoops protein
      3 large eggs
      2 bananas
      .5tsp baking powder

Drop it all in a blender just long enough to mix. Dont whip it all up. Should be about the consistency of normal pancake batter. I have played around with this a bit and done some with oats as well. Tried all egg whites which does not seem to work well. Tried blueberries in place of bananas...also did not work well. There are probably tons of ways to do these that work well. I believe I have seen them made with greek yogurt as well.

I called this 4 servings total.

      per serving 206cals 18g carbs 5g fat 23g protein

I like to do about 1/2 unsweetened vanilla almond milk and 1/2 egg whites. Usually 6oz or so each.
      2 scoops protein
      1-1.5 cup frozen blueberries
Sometimes throw in a handful of fresh spinach(adds nearly no taste at all)
      Freaking delicious!

On leg days when i feel like i need the extra carbs Ill throw in some oats too. Not a big fan of the PB in my shake tho, seems to overpowering to me.
