I do ground turkey. Mix in an egg for good measure and some liquid smoke. Makes for delicious burgers. Mostly if I get tired of something just cook it a different way. Some days I grill, some I bake. Switch from 4 meals and a shake to 3 meals and 2 shakes. Just mix it up. If not I have a recipe for low fat/low carb sauce that you can put on absolutely everything to help it go down.

Chicken thighs are a pretty good option. Little
more fat than than breast, but that makes them taste really good. They are also pretty cheap.
I put them in the freezer and when i need them i just put them directly in the oven.
I also like pork. There are very good cuts with high protein and low fat.
Also ground pork tastes very good.

Yeah I never understood why chicken thighs are so damn taboo - there isnt that big of a difference between the breast and thighs caloric wise unless you're gonna compete.
But I do turkey burgers, the ground beef with black beans, lean steak and I've been getting a bag of shrimp now at Trader Joe's - not bad 30 shrimp (large for $9.99) I throw them on the grill. The other day I just threw them in boiling water with lemon and had them like that. Tuna Steaks and I love orange roughy! My new fish is Basa - holy shit is it good!

I will try these things- I am officially sick of chicken - it is fucking disgusting me to the point where I am struggling to eat it. I am meal prepping tomorrow -- steak broccoli and I am gonna get some ground turkey meat with taco seasoning n beans -- gotta switch up the style

If all I have is chicken in the house I do throw it into the slow cooker and call it good - shredded chicken can be used for a ton of stuff.

I bounce between eggs, lots of eggs....and talapia, tuna salad made with mustard, lean top serloin steak,
chicken. Sometimes I will have 1 of each everyday. I'm not bored of it yet and I'm pretty leaned out.

Speaking of eggs... you guys ever make a fritatta?
saute your favorite veggies.... scramble about a dozen eggs in a bowl, add whatever seasoning you like, dump the eggs in with the veggies and make sure it cooks on the bottom... stick the pain in the oven or under the broiler (make sure the pan is oven safe)
