I do ground turkey. Mix in an egg for good measure and some liquid smoke. Makes for delicious burgers. Mostly if I get tired of something just cook it a different way. Some days I grill, some I bake. Switch from 4 meals and a shake to 3 meals and 2 shakes. Just mix it up. If not I have a recipe for low fat/low carb sauce that you can put on absolutely everything to help it go down.

Chicken thighs are a pretty good option. Little
more fat than than breast, but that makes them taste really good. They are also pretty cheap.
I put them in the freezer and when i need them i just put them directly in the oven.
I also like pork. There are very good cuts with high protein and low fat.
Also ground pork tastes very good.
